UK firm stopped paying out funded traders; eventually delisted from regulator.

Shutdown

Cause
Liquidity failure

Audacity Capital, a UK-based prop firm operating since 2014, began experiencing payout delays in early 2024. By June, payouts had effectively stopped and the firm announced a "pause" pending restructuring. Subsequent UK FCA records showed the firm's authorization was withdrawn shortly after. Unlike many of the offshore prop firms that vanished in the same period, Audacity had operated under FCA oversight, which made the failure unusually visible. Traders with funded accounts were directed to file complaints with the Financial Ombudsman Service β€” a recovery process that takes months and rarely returns full balances.
